1. Q: How could I get samples?
A: We do not supply free samples, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment.

2. Q: How can I get your price list?
A: Please send us your email or fax for our price list and order information.

3. Q: If you accepte OEM service?
A: Yes,we accepte all kinds of OEM service,but you must do arts work by yourself. We can make a silk screen for you. Marked: your arts job must be Coreldraw file(*.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator file(*.ai)

4. Q: How to place an order?
A: Press E-order button and you can make your order directly, other you can send us a email or Fax to confirm the oder. Then you will get our Proforma Invoice. Please make us know your below information:

* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port,
* Transportation method - by courier, by air or by ocean container.
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price.
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment (collect or prepay)

5. Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes. We can do that for every customer.

6. Q: Which way I can select to transporte?
A: For small quantity or weight less than 45 KG, sent usually by courier. For orders from 45KG to 500 KG, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. Basically, the transportation depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation method, destination country (airport, sea port ).

7. Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: We accept terms of T/T in advance or L/C at sight. T/T is preferable under US$20,000. We don't accept payment by credit card.

8. Q: What's the warranty of your products? Who pay for the freight of defective products?
A: 12 months warranty. Every part pay for the freight in own side.

9. Q: How can we become your sole distributor?
A: If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month,you could be our sole distributor in the country.

10. Q: I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
A: Sorry,we are manufacturer and exporter, we only serve column buyers and don't accept retail order.
